Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "hino99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the hino99 platform accessible at https://hino99.cam.
• "Platform" means the hino99 website, mobile interface, and all related services, games, and betting products available thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers an account with hino99 and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal betting account opened by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before it or any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which hino99 verifies the identity and eligibility of a Player.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time), UTC+7, which applies to Jakarta and is the default time zone for all Platform operations and customer service hours.

To register and maintain an Account on hino99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. hino99 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age, regardless of local laws that may set a lower age threshold.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by hino99 for any reason.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law and where you are subject to such prohibition.

hino99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (including proof of age and proof of residence) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request will result in Account suspension or closure.

When registering an Account with hino99, you agree and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration (including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and bank account details) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• You will register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are the sole beneficial owner of the Account and will not allow any other person to access or operate the Account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

hino99 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. Account registration does not constitute the acceptance of a gambling offer and no legal relationship arises until the Account is formally activated following successful completion of any required verification steps.

hino99 operates a mandatory KYC program in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any other time hino99 deems necessary.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and bearing your name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing that it is registered in your name.

All documents must be provided in legible form. hino99 may request additional documents where verification is inconclusive. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. hino99 will aim to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving a complete document set.

hino99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000.000. These limits are subject to change and the current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
2. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. hino99 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
3. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. This typically occurs within minutes but may take up to 30 minutes in the event of banking system delays.
4. hino99 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges for which hino99 accepts no responsibility.
5. hino99 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source without processing it, if the deposit does not comply with these Terms or if it cannot be attributed to a valid Account.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction.
2. All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit was received. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. You must complete KYC verification (see Clause 4) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Friday; 07:00–17:00 WIB Saturday and Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.
5. VIP-tier players benefit from faster processing — Gold members within 1 hour, Diamond members same-day at any time.
6. hino99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
7. If your Account shows betting activity that hino99 deems irregular or suspicious, the withdrawal may be held pending a full security review.

hino99 does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may levy receiving fees, which are outside hino99's control.

hino99 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated criteria (age, jurisdiction, deposit history, etc.).
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement. The standard Wagering Requirement for hino99 bonuses is rollover x10 (ten times) the bonus amount before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry different requirements — always check the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Typical validity is 30 days from the date of bonus credit. If the requirement is not met within the validity period, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only after the Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied may the remaining balance (original bonus + winnings) be converted to real-money balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one active bonus per player at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the prior bonus and any pending wagering progress will be voided.
• hino99 reserves the right to cancel or confiscate a bonus and any derived winnings if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

By placing a bet on the hino99 Platform, you agree to the following:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered valid and accepted only when you receive a confirmation message on the Platform displaying a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed.
2. Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases where hino99 has identified a clear error in the odds or event details.
3. Odds Accuracy: hino99 makes every effort to display accurate odds. However, if a clear pricing error occurs (e.g., decimal point in the wrong place, inverted odds), hino99 reserves the right to void affected bets or settle them at corrected odds.
4. Event Cancellation: If a sporting event or game is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
5. Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the draw organizer for togel results). hino99's settlement decision is final unless a clear error is demonstrated with supporting evidence from the official source.
6. Maximum Win Limits: hino99 imposes a maximum payout limit of Rp 500.000.000 per single bet and Rp 1.000.000.000 per calendar day across all bets. Any winnings in excess of these limits will be capped.

Specific rules apply to individual product categories (sports betting, togel, live casino, slots, sabung ayam). Full game rules are available in the relevant section of the Platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to law enforcement where applicable:

• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or any other form of identity fraud or financial fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one Account, whether in your name or in the names of family members or associates living at the same address, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or exchange information in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through risk-free betting strategies (e.g., betting opposite outcomes across multiple accounts), systematically clearing wagering requirements through low-risk methods not contemplated by the promotion design, or any other behaviour intended to extract value from bonuses without genuine play.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies between the odds offered on hino99 and odds available elsewhere to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated betting software, scraping tools, or bots to place bets or access the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder the proceeds of crime or to move funds for any illegal purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was successfully credited to your Account and used for betting.

All content displayed on the hino99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, audio, and video — is the property of hino99 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from hino99.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access or scrape data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without prior written authorization.

The hino99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of hino99. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hino99 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from system downtime, network failure, or third-party payment processor failure.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or settlement where the error is beyond hino99's reasonable control.

In no event shall hino99's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Platform exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 10.000.000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, hino99's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

hino99 is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. In particular, you acknowledge and agree that hino99 may:

• Collect and store your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history.
• Use your information to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Share your information with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) as necessary to operate the Platform.
• Retain your information for as long as your Account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law.

In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hino99 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and hino99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any formal dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than litigation in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

If arbitration is not available or enforceable in your jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over hino99's principal place of business.
